Graphics Designer

Roles & Responsibilities
The person in this position will be responsible for development of creative graphics and layout used in web site and print. He/she will be working with customers, the development team and the marketing team in order to develop effective and memorable print and web solutions. Specific tasks include:

		Developing graphics and layouts to enhance web/print solutions.
		Optimizing existing solutions
		Delivering professional solutions to meet project requirements (intent, scope & schedule)
		Write copies needed to support solutions and campaigns
		Support marketing and development plans

Requirements
Above all, success in this position will depend on flexibility, execution excellence and initiative. Experience in the following areas are required:

		Demonstrated design capabilities as applied to business requirements
		In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photo Shop and graphics design
		Knowledge of MS office tools (Word and Power Point)
		Independent problem solving and design
		Excellent verbal and writing skills

Experience in one or more of the following areas are desirable:

		HTML, Flash or Dreamweaver
		Commercial web site and print
		Marketing and advertisement
