Roles & Responsibilities
The person in this position will be responsible for developing interactive web solutions and system configurations for businesses and government. The successful candidate will work with the marketing and senior staff to identify development opportunities, plan and implement the solutions. Quality and customer focus is key element of success. Specific tasks include:

		Software design and development
		Database development
		System evaluation and deployment
		Competitive product analysis and reporting
		Software/system support and maintenance

Requirements
Above all, success in this position will depend on flexibility, execution excellence and initiative. Experience in the following areas are required:

		In-depth knowledge of Java, PHP, ASP or .NET
		Experience with MySQL or Oracle Database
		Familiarity with Windows applications
		Expertise on Internet research and independent problem solving
		Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience in one or more of the following areas are desirable:

		Adobe Photo Shop and graphics design
		Macromedia Dreamweaver/Flash
		Development of Commerce and interactive web sites
		Linux and Apache configuration
		.NET development

Compensation
Base plus share of revenue.
